This is a controller I purchased several years ago. I've confirmed it works with both wired and wireless connections. The power button doesn't always spring back properly, but it shouldn't be a major issue for use. I've cleaned it as much as possible, but please be aware that it shows signs of use. It includes the controller itself and the wireless adapter only.
