This is a plate from the "Vecchio White" series, a representative line from the long-established Italian brand, Richard Ginori. As the name "Vecchio" (old) suggests, which was born in the 18th century, it features a dignified baroque-style basket weave relief. Made of hard porcelain, it is microwave and dishwasher safe, making it versatile for everyday use as well as formal occasions. Approximate dimensions are as follows: Diameter: approx. 15cm, Height: approx. 4cm I believe it is in beautiful condition as it was not used much after purchase, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is a used item.
