Arabia's Blue Ruska 16cm plate ☆ Stamped. The Ruska series is generally brown, and the blue Ruska is very rare. Even though it's blue, the color can lean towards blue or green, each with its own unique character. The color of this plate's surface is somewhere between the first and fourth images. I purchased this about 10 years ago, looking for one in good condition.
