I purchased this over 10 years ago at a gem museum-like place in Kofu. It contains 14 different types of gemstones. Some are gem quality, while others are not, so it's for collection and display purposes only. The velvet fabric on the outer box has been eaten by insects in places. The part containing the gemstones has not been eaten by insects, but I did not control the humidity or temperature, so I believe they have deteriorated since I purchased them. They look beautiful. I have pets. I will be careful when packing, but there is a possibility of pet hair getting mixed in. If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing.
