I used them several times when I first bought them, but I started using other earbuds more often, and the usage of these naturally decreased. Therefore, I rarely use them now. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, but there are some slight scratches on the case. The main unit has only been used a few times, so it gives a generally clean impression. They work without any problems. There is no box. The accessories are only those in the photos. Please consider this item as a used product. Thank you for your understanding.
