This is a Nintendo 64 controller. Clear purple. There is a mark where a sticker was peeled off below the Nintendo logo in the center. It worked when I played with a friend about two years ago, but I don't have a 64 console at home currently, so I'm sorry, but I cannot guarantee its functionality.
