I received these a few years ago as hand-me-downs from a friend's child. My eldest daughter wore them often on rainy days, but my youngest daughter never wore them and outgrew them. They show signs of use, but they still seem wearable. The size is listed as UK13 EU32, which, upon checking, appears to be a Japanese size of 19cm. Since rain boots are only needed on days with heavy rain, they weren't used often, so I would put insoles in them to make them fit.
