This is a kit for a 1-meter square wall hanging featuring the classic hibiscus motif using the reverse appliqué technique. You can see the finished image in the second photo. The motifs are pre-cut and basted. Reverse appliqué involves sewing while weaving, but when weaving the cut fabric, please refer to the included finished diagram to confirm the weaving pattern and proceed with sewing. This may be a bit difficult for beginners. In general appliqué, it's better not to remove the basting thread until the final finish, but in the case of reverse appliqué, you may need to remove the basting in areas where the fabric overlaps too much during sewing. Please purchase only if you understand this. The batting is from Nippon Vilene Co., Ltd., KS-811S. The backing fabric is Hawaiian print. The edging fabric is provided in a size of 110cm x 53cm. You can divide it into four parts for a frame decoration, or cut it into bias strips for edging. Orange-toned fabric, the same color as the motif, is provided. Sewing thread is included, but it's a gradient, so it may not match everything perfectly. As a solution, we recommend finishing with only beige sewing thread. A copy of the quilt line reference is included, which is for a 1-meter square. The top is rolled up lengthwise to prevent damage during delivery. A large tropical-patterned bag is included, and it holds all the materials.
