These are Uniqlo Heattech leggings. There are two pairs. The Heattech on the right side is a tight fit. I believe it was the "Kiwami-Daku" (Extra Warm) type. There are a few pills on the elastic cuffs, but they have been worn only a few times and are relatively clean. The left side is Extra Warm. This pair has some fuzzing and pilling. The Extra Warm is size 100. The Heattech on the right is size 110. There is a name written on them, which has been erased with a marker.
