This was a gift. I don't know the maker or when it was made. Please understand that I have no knowledge of art. I've marked it as "some scratches and dirt," but as you can see from the images, it's relatively clean, so I think it won't bother anyone unless they're very particular. (Even so, please understand that this is subjective.) I think it has a sense of weight and is a classic ornament, so it would improve the atmosphere of a room if displayed as interior decoration. Please note that shipping will be done by a novice packer.
