Two men's cufflinks, as pictured, featuring stones in three colors set on gold-colored round bases. The bases are stamped. It's small and difficult to read, but it looks like Van17KGT? or 12KGT?? It's definitely a gold product. These were purchased by a family member quite a while ago (several decades).
