There is a dent on the edge of the cover. Also, there is a name written on the page with the "a, i, u, e, o" chart (covered with a finger). Additionally, there are tracing marks on the katakana "a, i, u, e, o" chart on the inside back cover. I didn't find any writing or folds inside.
