This is a foot warmer that cuts electromagnetic waves by 99%. I've only used it about twice, but I got stains in several places because I was using it while doing a henna treatment (hair dye). (See images 3-8) I checked carefully, but I might have missed some of the lighter stains. It seems that it can be washed (by hand), but I'm planning to ship it without washing it because I think the texture will change. Please understand the above, and if you don't mind the stains, please consider purchasing. I've attached an image of it powered on in the 10th image. I don't remember exactly when I bought it, but I think it's been about 5 years. Since I haven't used it much, it's relatively clean except for the stains. There is no original outer box.
