This is the kind of thing you often see in front of toy stores, even since way back. When you turn it on, the bear Tonpy used to tap a drum and toot a whistle, but it stopped working even after I changed the batteries. The stuffed animal part is relatively clean. I checked on a website and apparently, there used to be a pattern on the side of the drum, applied with a sticker. I don't remember it, but it's probably peeled off cleanly and is now white. It's retro and cute.
