This is a Patagonia Retro Vest from 2009. It's a kids' M size, so it should fit many adult women. The actual measurements are: length approximately 52cm, width approximately 47cm, and shoulder width approximately 36cm. I bought it as a souvenir at a Patagonia store in Salt Lake City, USA back then, and I think it's in good condition because it's only been worn about twice. I believe they released a few items with a reproduction tag that year. Why not get a Retro Vest that's different from the rest? This is a well-preserved piece from 14 years ago, when Patagonia was still at its best.
