I wore this for my child's kindergarten entrance ceremony in April 2025. It was worn for about an hour. Afterwards, it was home-cleaned and stored at home. It's all one piece and doesn't come apart. The bow tie is also buttoned on. It was easy to put on, and the child seemed comfortable. Pairing it with black pants underneath makes it an easy formal outfit.
