This is a used item. Power: Since it was not running, I have injected KATO oil into the motor, shaft, gears, etc. It runs smoothly for now. No underfloor equipment covers. No pantograph contact strips. Lights have been confirmed to work. No accessories. There are no current running issues. There is some dirt. Thank you.
