I bought this new for a birthday. It has a collar and is very cute. The original price was about 2000 yen. I only wore it for about 4 hours for formal occasions. My child was mostly in a stroller. They didn't walk in it with shoes on. I was worried about it getting dirty, so they changed into it after eating, so there are no food stains.
