This is a sweatshirt made of soft fabric. The body is quilted, so it's very warm. The arms don't have much stretch, so we recommend wearing a slightly larger size. The body has bias quilting, so it has some stretch. I put an Oxford shirt underneath, but the child didn't seem to have any trouble moving.
