These are Zoff's hay fever protective glasses. Size S. Temple markings: 49□15-116. Purchased when my child was in the lower grades of elementary school. They have been used only a few times, so they are in relatively clean condition. The temples have a cute daisy ribbon pattern. The fit can be adjusted for free at the store, so I hope you can adjust them to fit your child's face. The case is only the soft case shown in the image.
