This is a special edition complete set of the immortal masterpiece, Candy Candy, volumes 1-5 [Complete]. These are rare first editions of all volumes. Special editions themselves are not often found on the market, making this a very rare item. As it is a special edition, it is larger and easier to read than the standard paperback. The content of the main story is the same as the paperback version. It is A5 size, approximately 148mm wide x 200mm long. There is some damage due to aging, such as sun damage, small scratches, and scuffs. Also, there are faint water stains on the upper part of the end of volumes 4 and 5. All volumes can be read without any problems. A weakness of special editions is that pages often come loose, but this product has no loose pages. I did not find any noticeable tears or writing on the pages. Please forgive any oversights as this is a personal inspection. This is only my subjective opinion, and as it is an old book released about 33 years ago, there may be sun damage, stains, and folds.
