This is a Cole Haan genuine leather bag. It is an authentic product. I purchased it at a department store a long time ago. It's made of high-quality, textured black genuine leather. The beige stitching and corner design are lovely. The inside is lined with a calm, light khaki/green nylon fabric, which is also stain-resistant. It has a center divider and side inner pockets for easy organization. It has studs on the bottom so it can stand on its own. A4 size will fit if it's a thin clear file, but it will stick out a bit.
