This is a platinum-plated JLV Ligature for clarinet. It comes with the adjustment mini pliers that were included at the time of purchase. It also comes with the original box. I purchased this around 2021, but I am selling it now because I have switched to a Silverstein ligature. There are no scratches or peeling of the plating, but please understand that this is a used item.
