This appears to be a stamp holder with a three-dimensional cat decoration. The space for the stamp seems a bit short. When I put a regular stamp from my home inside, it sticks out slightly. The lid is also tall enough that it can still close even if the stamp doesn't fit completely. The craftsmanship doesn't seem to be very good, as the ceramic base is stuck to the lid. Please see the photos. This was found while organizing my grandmother's house. It may also be listed on other sites. If purchased there, it may be suddenly removed.
