This is the SRS-T77, a tabletop portable active speaker. It connects to the earphone jack. Sound can be heard even without batteries, but using four AA batteries or the included AC adapter produces quite good sound. Operation has been confirmed. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item. There is some dirt. The plastic on the battery compartment lid has deteriorated over time, but this does not affect use.
