This is the Tourbox Lite, the thing you see in commercials on Twitter, etc. I bought it for working in Unity. I've used it 2-3 times, but I've been using keyboard controls for many years, so I unconsciously reach for the keyboard and don't use it much. It seems useful for people who draw illustrations, which is often shown in commercials. If you change the key configurations, it seems like it could be used as a sub-device for various other software as well.
