Although it's labeled as 110, it was worn around age 3 and hasn't been wearable since, so I've listed it as size 100. It was used for birthdays and then for everyday dress-up play. The lace part seems to be in beautiful condition with no fraying or tears, but please be aware that I may have missed something. The back has buttons, so it might be difficult for a child to put on and take off by themselves. There is some fraying on the back (see photos).
