This is a belt designed to prevent children from escaping from their child seats. It's made of navy denim-like quilted material. The reverse side has a Mickey Mouse pattern. ! To install, attach it to the belts on both sides, fasten the center with a button, and then snap the two buckles closed. It's impossible for small children to remove, and it was very helpful while driving! I washed and stored it at home, but I washed it again just before listing it.
