This is an Adidas tank top purchased around 2002 at American Rag Cie. I haven't seen this design on flea market sites or in vintage clothing stores, so I think it's a rare design. It's in good condition with few times worn, but there is a small scratch on the front and some fraying in a few places where the stripes are sewn on, so please check the photos.
