This is Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64, released in 1999. The box and game cartridge show signs of scratches, folds, and dirt. The instruction manual is relatively clean, but there is some dirt on the operation list. I apologize, but I have not been able to confirm the game's functionality as I do not have a game console.
