Based on my amateur inspection, the centering is good, and I believe there are no white spots or scratches. It is stored in a dedicated sleeve in a dark room. Even with PSA grading, there may be scratches, dents, holo scratches, white spots, horizontal lines, manufacturing lines, and dust inside. Also, there may be initial scratches on the case.
