The skirt is a semi-flare A-line skirt. The back has elastic for about 1/3 of the waist. Lined. Hand-washed and home-cleaned. Carefully soaked, rinsed, and drained outside for about 30 minutes without using a spin cycle, then hung to dry indoors.
