It's a black dress. The skirt is made of tulle and sewn to the lining to create a balloon shape. I bought it three years ago and wore it once to a wedding. It no longer suits my age, so I hope someone will take it. It has been dry-cleaned, but the tag is missing. I couldn't find any stains, but it has been stored at home for a long time.
