I found this type very useful because removable pads are a hassle to wash. (*^-^*) I grew taller very quickly, so I only used this about 5 or 6 times. I think it's suitable for heights up to 150cm. It's 100% cotton, so the hem is a bit misshapen, but it's in good condition with no pilling. (*^-^*)
