This is a joystick for PC games, used to pilot airplanes and helicopters. It's from about 25 years ago, and I've been storing it since I stopped playing games. I haven't confirmed its operation, but I believe it should still be fully functional. You can install the driver by using Windows Update or directly through Device Manager.
