Thank you for viewing this item. This is an electric point from TOMIX's FineTrack series. I purchased it several years ago and have kept it stored away. The exterior is still in good condition, but it's likely that the surface has oxidized during storage, so it's recommended that you clean it before use. I believe all the accessories are included, but please note that some of the decals have been used. (See photos 4 and 5) Also, there is a cutout in the package. This does not affect the main unit, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
