The waist has a hook closure in the back. Please confirm the following: ☆ I believe I purchased this about 15 years ago. I wore it a few times when I was younger, but since then, I've taken it out during seasonal wardrobe changes, wearing it maybe once a year, and then putting it away again... This has been the cycle. Although it was purchased a long time ago, there are no noticeable stains or spots, and I think it's in good condition. ☆ The top button on the left side of the front buttons has loose threads. Please have it replaced after purchase. ☆ There is lining on the inside of the skirt. Other than the above, this is a casual inspection, so there may be oversights. Please understand.
