This is a set including a Brio parking garage, My First Brio, and a Brio Christmas box. As a bonus, I'm also including the train, rails, and bag shown in the fifth picture. There's a lot here, so you can have a lot of fun with just this set. These are items that children have played with, so there are some scratches, but they should be fine for playing with. My First Brio is complete, with no missing pieces, and the Christmas box has a few missing pieces. Please check the sixth picture. All the rails are Brio brand and have the Brio stamp.
