This is a Miki House muffler. It matches the separately sold knit hat. There are no major stains or damage, but as shown in photo 3, there are some areas where the threads are fraying. There is also pilling overall, and some dirt on the bear's face. It's designed to be put around the neck (photo 4). It's warm and cute! This is a used item and shows signs of wear, so please purchase only if you understand this.
