This item is from 2010, but it has only been displayed, so it's very clean and elegant. It's difficult to see in the images, but the hour hand is green and sparkles like Swarovski crystals from a distance. As it's an older item, the instruction manual is missing, but the instructions on the back should allow you to understand how to operate it.
