The color is hickory blue. (Fine white and navy stripes) It has been used, so there is some fading, but there is no looseness in the rubber band that gathers the strings or the rubber band that prevents the buckle from coming off. There are no instructions or packaging, just the main body. I will ship it after washing it. Please understand that this is a used item, and refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
