This is an aluminum roaster with a lid. You can easily cook fish, meat, and grilled vegetables with it on a frying pan. The wavy grilling surface prevents food from sticking, and the oil pocket at the front of the pan catches oil, allowing for healthier cooking. It is compatible with both IH and gas stoves. It is not microwave, oven, or dishwasher safe. It comes with an instruction manual (with 7 recipes). It has been used several times and stored at home. Due to use and storage, there are small scratches on the grilling surface and some burnt stains on the bottom. It is still usable, but please understand that it is a used item and has been stored at home.
