This is a photo of Ayumi Yamabe from AKB48, included with the theater edition of "Doushitemo Kimi ga Suki da." It's a photo of her in the "Neta Furi" costume from the Cooking Senbatsu Dessert Unit. I don't think there are any scratches or folds on the photo, but please refrain from purchasing if you are very concerned about the condition.
