This is a tote bag purchased from Yuan Yifang (Fen Yifan) in Tamsui, Taiwan. This shop is a general goods store where the owner and their family handmade items using Chinese fabric (the fabric used for cheongsams). They also take custom orders. The inside is made of vinyl. It has a pocket for things like a cell phone! It also has a zippered pocket. A Taiwanese strap is also attached. There's also a pocket on the side where you can put a water bottle, etc. *Size: Approximately 36x23 cm when laid flat, with a gusset of about 10 cm. I have used it several times. There is some wear and tear on the handles, but the surface and inside of the bag are clean without any noticeable stains or scratches.
