This was the condition before I purchased it: One side of the string at the collar of the jacket has a ring, while the other doesn't, but it works fine if you put it through the hole. There's some color transfer around the collar of the dress, but it's not noticeable in photos. One of the leaves on the hair ornament is missing a pin, but I just hooked it into my hair or secured it with a pin from above. Everything is included, you just need to provide shoes.
