It is in very good condition. The outer box for the Town Set is clean, so it should be suitable for a gift. The outer box for the Road Set is also clean, but I reinforced the corners with OPP tape when I received it, anticipating lots of play. Therefore, it might not be suitable as a proper gift box. One traffic light and two bus stops from the Town Set are missing. I apologize. This Town Set and Road Set can be connected and played with together. Many children seem to want to buy them together, and my family also received them as a set. Currently, we are not selling them separately.
