This is the final (latest) model of the Ono-shiki noodle machine, Model 2, manufactured in 1998. The serial number on the back is 107040, indicating it was manufactured around July 1998. *Since the Ono-shiki noodle machine was manufactured until 2000, this is almost the final product. It has been disassembled and cleaned (see image 2) and is in a clean condition, but since it has been about six months since the cleaning, we recommend a light cleaning. Machine varnish (varnish applied before shipment) remains on the gear parts. To preserve the machine varnish and the original paint color as much as possible, we used a brass brush and a soft toothbrush for cleaning. The main body has not been repainted, so it is sold with the original paint color from when it was released.
