I have kept this unused at home since receiving it. It is no longer in production and has been several years. Although it says "tester," I was told it's the same as what's sold in stores (a sticker is on the brush handle). There is no box or case. Although I have never used it, there may be some minor scratches due to long-term storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
