Long-sleeved 2-way shirt dress with a blue striped design and a waist belt. It can be worn as a dress or as a light jacket. I haven't worn it since I bought it, but I purchased it from a used clothing store, so there is a slight fraying (see photo 6), but it's in very good condition.
