This is a Kyoto guidebook I bought in the fall of 2025. I couldn't go in the fall, but I went in January, and it was very helpful in planning my sightseeing trip! I went during a three-day weekend, but there weren't many tourists, so it was very relaxed. ☺︎ Searching on your smartphone is good too, but I recommend planning a trip with your family, gathered around a book. I looked at it with my children, so there are a few creases, but there are no stains.
